1. What would you name the cup as a whole?
2. What tracks would you include in this cup from other Mario Karts?

My knowledge of past Mario Karts is pretty lame, but assuming there's 4 different Bowser Castle's, then that's what I mainly want. But if there isn't 4 different Bowser Castle's, then just fill up the remaining slot(s) with the Wii version.
